the receptionist was very nice and accommodating to children. i appreciated that the room had a fridge. the bus route to wembley train station is a short walk.
i wasn't told beforehand about accessibility. there is no lift. the ensuite rooms are up winding stairs.

the staff were friendly and cute i was delighted the rooms were lovely and quiet. the environment felt respectful clean and tidy. it was good to have free on-site parking too i felt relieved.

the room had a fridge and that was helpful. a tesco express nearby was also convenient.
the hotel felt quite dated. the room carpet was visibly dirty and it seemed it hadn't been properly hoovered. i booked a last-minute stay for a concert, so choices were limited, but the lack of cleanliness was disappointing and the staff weren't helpful with local recommendations.

Wonderful stay near Wembley!

The hotel's location was perfect as we planned to attend a show at wembley stadium. The staff was very friendly and provided assistance whenever needed. I also noticed that the hotel maintained high standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
The curtains did not completely block light from outside. This made the room fairly bright at night. I think better curtains would improve the room.

Parking was available, a convenience as I drove. There was a bus stop very close to the hotel, offering easy access to central areas. Free wifi access was provided throughout the hotel, which allowed me to stay connected.

The reception staff was available 24/7, always ready to assist. I appreciated that they offered to help carry bags. An early check-in was arranged for us, allowing access to the room sooner than expected, it was nice.
